Fairbank Engineering terms of service.
Purchase of any product from Fairbank Engineering constitutes an agreement to the terms listed in the Fairbank Engineering Terms of Service.
FE-Depositor Standard 3-Bar and Standard 4-bar have a 30-day return policy. If the unit does not function in the intended way for any reason a full refund will be issued on return receipt of the unit. Buyer shall be responsible for any damage that occurs during the 30 day period or in return transit. Repair or replacement of damaged components shall be debited from the refund. Buyer shall bare all shipping cost.
FE-Stand Alone Heating Units have a 30-day return policy. If the unit does not function in the intended way a full refund will be issued on return receipt of the unit. Buyer shall be responsible for any damage, repair or replacement of components shall be debited from the refund. Buyer is shall bare all shipping cost.
FE-Stand Alone Heating Units have a 1-yr warranty. If the unit stops function properly a replacement unit or repair of the unit shall be supplied at no cost to buyer. Units shall not be replaced or repaired if damaged at the fault of the buyer.
All custom hardware is non-refundable.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to properly care for any and all products.
Fairbank Engineering shall not be liable for loss of use, lost profit, cost of cover, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the use of Fairbank Engineering products
